jurisdiction, refund window) must be completed and reviewed by counsel before charging customers.These Terms govern access to the DLBrowser hosted service, APIs, MCP gateway, browser extension, and websites (the "Service"), operated by Dekrypt Labs ("we"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The open-source DLBrowser software is licensed separately under its repository license; these Terms cover the hosted Service only.
DLBrowser provides programmatic web content acquisition for AI agents and developers — fetching, rendering, extraction, search, and monitoring, metered in credits. Plans are described at dekryptlabs.compricing.html.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under them. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise; we may rotate or revoke keys to protect the Service. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to: access data in violation of law, court orders, or third-party rights (including copyright and privacy laws such as GDPR/DPDP); collect personal data without a lawful basis, or from minors; attack, overload, or disrupt third-party systems; access accounts, paywalled content, or systems you are not authorized to access; or resell raw Service access without a written agreement. You are responsible for compliance with the terms and technical signals of the sites you target. We may suspend keys engaged in abuse.
Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor. Credits reset per billing cycle; unused plan credits do not roll over unless stated. One-time top-ups expire [[12 months]] after purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; if we materially fail to provide the Service for more than [[72 consecutive hours]], you may request a pro-rata credit. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
You retain all rights to content you retrieve ("Output"). We process Output transiently to operate the Service and retain operational logs and usage metadata per the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Aggregated, de-identified performance data may be used to improve the Service.
Free and self-serve plans are "as available" with community/email support. Enterprise plans may include uptime commitments and support SLAs under a separate order form, which prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
We retain all rights in the Service. Open-source components remain governed by their repository license. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. Web content retrieved via the Service is third-party content; we do not verify its accuracy or legality.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of Section 3 or applicable law.
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach (including non-payment and Acceptable Use violations), with notice where practicable. On termination we delete or de-identify account data per the Privacy Policy, except records we must retain by law.
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [[jurisdiction of Dekrypt Labs' registration]], with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [[CITY]].
